The Huglu XR-8 is a magazine-fed 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun. Its gas-operated system with a rear action spring is designed for reliable and smooth operation.
The receiver is manufactured from strong and lightweight 7075 aluminum, while the barrel is manufactured from 4140 steel. The interchangeable choke system supports 1, 3, and 5 choke configurations.
The XR-8 features a Picatinny rail for compatible optics and accessories. The sighting system consists of a Ghost Ring rear sight and a red fiber-optic front sight.
The adjustable telescopic stock allows the firearm to be adapted to the user and application. A cross-bolt safety is located on the trigger guard. The XR-8 uses detachable 5- or 10-round magazines and is supplied in a hard plastic case.
